INSANE! HE GOT ARRESTED FOR LAUGHING AT A COP!

Can you be arrested for laughing at a cop? Is it legal to laugh at a cop? Can a police officer arrest you for laughing? These are questions that anyone would have laughed at 20 years ago, but the reality for many Americans today is YES, you can be arrested for laughing. Although it is technically illegal to arrest someone for laughing, many polie officers do not follow the rules, and end up acting irrationally, as you see here.

This whole ordeal started out when the cop pulls the guy over for flashing his headlights. He then proceeds to tell the man that flashing his headlights is illegal, and writes him a citation for having an unsigned registration card. The guy begins laughing at the silly scenario, and the cop loses all patience. The unruly police officer orders the man out of the car, and places him into handcuffs.

So yes, it turns out that in the USA you can be arrested for laughing. LOL
